Sergey Tumanov, formerly a Managing Director for Operations, has been put in charge of Gazprom EP International B.V. by the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Sergey Tumanov was born on 19 June 1970 in Omsk. An alumnus of the State University of Management in Moscow, he holds a degree in law. In 2002, he started his career at Gazprom zarubezhneftegaz. Previously, he ran a Representative Office of Gazprom EP International in the Republic of Tajikistan and later held a senior position in Vietgazprom, a Russian-Vietnamese joint venture.
Andrey Fick, former CEO of Gazprom EP International B.V. who took office in March 2016, has been appointed Head of Department 644 at Gazprom PJSC.
Gazprom EP International is a Gazprom's subsidiary specializing in upstream projects outside the Russian Federation. The company is currently involved in nearly 40 projects in 17 countries across three continents.
